Attempted shed break in your area - APPLE TREE WAY

Morning Resident,

You're receiving this email to inform you about recent activity within your area. 

We've been made aware that on the 9th January 2026 during the evening a male has been seen attempting to break into a shed on APPLE TREE WAY, we've obtained CCTV of the male however more footage would be beneficial in assisting us identifying the male. The male was unsuccessful, nothing was taken and no damage was caused to the shed. 

Timeframe - 9th - 21:20hrs

I am requesting for anyone with CCTV that covers the area to please review their footage for any suspicious activity, if you have motion sensors or a ring doorbell please review when possible. If you have any information or CCTV that may assist us identifying the offender(s), please reply to this email or call 101 quoting "LC-20260110-0405".

Double check your shed is secured with a decent lock and that there's lighting in the area which will assist with deterring people way from your property, an offender(s) are opportunists so do not give them a reason to target yourself!
